What to do next
A free, non-credit introduction. It is not a pre-license course and earns no hours toward a Florida license.
Free mini-course · not a licensing course. No account needed: your progress is saved in this browser.
How it's taught
Live, it’s a workshop. Self-paced, it’s yours.
The self-paced version turns each of these into a short exercise you do on your own.
The honest week
Small groups build a realistic agent week on a whiteboard, then a working agent adds what they forgot. Evenings and weekends usually appear fast.
Runway in ten minutes
Everyone runs their own numbers privately through the runway worksheet and leaves knowing how many months they could last while the business starts.
Interview the broker
Pairs take turns playing broker and future agent, using the calm question list. The room collects the best follow-up questions.
