Consistency beats volume
Most agents don't have a content problem. They have a rhythm problem. They post five times in a week of good intentions, then nothing for a month while the actual job happens. The feed looks like a porch light that flickers.
The fix is not more posts. It is a smaller number of posts that arrive on a schedule you can keep during a closing week, a listing launch, and hurricane prep. The plan in this workshop is four core posts a week, one per pillar, with an optional fifth once the four feel easy. If four won't survive your busiest week, keep the same days and let one pillar rest. Four that show up every week tend to do more for you than ten that show up once.
What a rhythm gives you
- Fewer decisions. Monday is community. Tuesday is education. Wednesday is listings. Thursday is proof. You stop asking "what should I post?" every morning.
- A calmer brain. Posts are drafted in one sitting, so the app becomes a place you visit, not a place you live.
- A feed that feels like you. People see the same steady, useful presence and start to recognize it.
The luxury standard applies here too. A quiet, well-kept feed with fewer, better posts reads as confident. Treat a post about a starter condo with the same care as one about a waterfront estate: good light, true words, nothing shouted.
Look at your last 30 days of posts. Count them, then count how many weeks had zero. Pick a number of posts per week you could keep during your busiest week of the year. Write it down. That's your number.

How should you pick your weekly post count?
A rhythm only works if it survives the weeks when the real job is loud.
